Vendor Profiles
The vendor profile will include statistics about the vendor’s business as well as facts pertinent to your decision, such as sanctions against the business, financial history, and insurance information.

Vendor Compliance
VendorCheck ensures that all of your vendors are in compliance with the standards that you set.  Vendors will sign off on your facility’s policies and provide any documentation that you require.  VendorCheck also provides assurance that your facility remains compliant with industry and Joint Commission compliance standards.

VendorCheck makes the process of checking vendors and vendor employees seamless and easy.  VendorCheck performs vendor and vendor employee checks using the criteria and policies selected by each of its clients.  For vendors, a typical check would include business information, sanction screening, litigation history, bankruptcies, commercial credit score, liens, and judgments.  For vendor employees, a typical search would include checking basic background information such as addresses, criminal background, and sanction screening; compliance with all appropriate licensure, certification, and registration requirements; and the Sex Offender Registry.

Facility Access and Security
VendorCheck will enable you to confirm the status of any vendor attempting to enter your premises.  You will have access to PreCheck Sign-In, our web-based interface where you can log vendor entry and exit.  You will be able to use this information to produce I.D. badges to verify that access has been granted.  You will also be able to produce reports to show access history for your vendors.

VendorCheck provides your organization with a web-based interface to all your vendor and vendor employee information.  You can continuously monitor your vendors to ensure compliance with your guidelines, policies, and procedures.  You can generate reports detailing many aspects of your vendors and their employees.

Vendor Data Management
VendorCheck compiles information from a large number of sources, such as federal and state sanction and watch lists, and places it at your fingertips.  This saves you the effort and expense of searching for this information yourself.

VendorCheck’s involvement does not end with the initial checks we have described.  VendorCheck will continue to monitor a vendor’s and vendor employee’s status throughout the course of a year.  The frequency of monitoring depends upon the item being monitored and your facility’s needs.  For example, VendorCheck will check for sanctions on a quarterly basis and will review licensure upon expiration date.

Vendor Selection
VendorCheck provides you with the ability to review vendor data and select the best vendor for your needs.  In addition to background and sanction checks, health care organizations have indicated a need to check other characteristics of potential vendors before contracting with them for products and services.  For example, an organization may want to check a potential vendor’s financial status and litigation history before doing business with that vendor.
